Yes. Every account gets its own listings page at showingbell.com/your‑name — claim the link from your dashboard, upload your logo, and every active listing appears there automatically with its own scheduling button. When a listing closes it drops off on its own. It’s one link for your Instagram bio, sign riders, and email signature that never goes stale. One rule: the link has to be your name, your team name, or your brokerage name — city, area, and market-term links (like “rexburg‑homes”) aren’t permitted.

Does Showing Bell help me capture buyer leads?

Yes — every showing request arrives with a name, email, and phone number, attached to the exact property. Can I put the link in the MLS?

Yes. It goes in your showing instructions or agent remarks — the same place agents already put showing-service links and lockbox notes. There’s no MLS feed or integration to set up: you enter a listing in about a minute, so it works the same for on-MLS homes, land, new construction, and off-MLS properties.

What if an agent just calls me instead of using the link?

No. The Team plan’s 30-day trial starts with no credit card. If you add a payment method before it ends, billing begins then; if you don’t, the trial simply ends with no charge. Solo agents can start on the Team trial to try everything free, then switch to Solo when the trial ends.

Can I swap which listings are active?

Yes. When a listing closes, archive it and add a new one. You can keep up to your plan’s active-listing count live at once: 1 on Solo, 20 on Team.

What happens after a showing?
