Terms of Service

Effective July 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Showing Bell, showing-scheduling software for real-estate listing agents. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & accounts

The service is available only to licensed real-estate professionals and their authorized staff, and may be used only for lawful real-estate showing coordination. You affirm this at signup, and we record that affirmation. We may request reasonable evidence of licensure and may suspend or terminate accounts used for any other purpose. You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans & billing

Paid plans (Solo and Team) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The Team plan may include a free trial. If a payment method is on file when the trial ends, billing begins then unless you cancel first; if no payment method is on file, the subscription simply ends and you are not charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices may change on renewal with notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service to send unsolicited messages or contact people without a lawful basis; upload false, infringing, or unlawful content; attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or scrape or resell the service or its data. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required (including SMS consent) before adding a person's contact details.

Listings-page links (showingbell.com/your‑name) are limited to your own name, team name, or brokerage name. Geographic, city, area, or market-term links are not permitted, and we may reclaim links that violate this rule.

Your content

You retain ownership of the listing, seller, and showing information you enter. You grant us the limited right to store and process it to operate the service. You represent that you have the right to provide it and to contact the people whose details you add.

SMS & communications

By adding phone numbers for notifications, you confirm you have consent to text those people about showings. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle communications.

Availability & disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Showing Bell is a scheduling tool, not a party to any real-estate transaction and not a provider of legal, brokerage, or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showing Bell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the service or others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
